Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite nice overall. The rooms, while clean, felt a bit small compared to what I'm used to. The service, except for the folks at The Bistro, was amazing and truly stood out as one of the best parts of my experience. The location was convenient, being close to downtown Dallas and within walking distance to Deep Ellum. The facilities were decent and met my needs during my stay.
The hotel was conveniently located near Baylor Medical Center with good accessibility to downtown attractions. The room on the 11th floor, just off the elevator, was spacious and clean, offering separate areas for relaxation and rest. Although the breakfast fell short of expectations, the staff's friendliness and helpfulness added to a pleasant stay.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were initially very tiny, but I was moved to a larger room with a comfortable couch and amenities. The views of downtown were fantastic, and the location is central to lots of restaurants and shops. There were plenty of rooms available at the current situation, which was convenient.
The hotel's location was excellent, right across the street from a park and within walking distance to Deep Ellum. The rooms, while not as spacious as expected from the online pictures, were large and very clean. The service staff, except for those at The Bistro, were friendly and accommodating. The pricing was a bit high, especially with additional charges for parking, but the convenience to various restaurants and St Paul station was a plus.
